Consistency is key! 💛 This beauty is now 11 weeks post-op and continuing with maintenance treatments to support healing and enhance her results.
Today’s session included:
✨ Red Light Therapy to help support circulation and tissue recovery
🌿 Wood Therapy to assist with contouring, lymphatic flow, and maintaining sculpted results

Two weeks post-op and making great progress! ✨
Today’s session focused on supporting healing, reducing swelling, and enhancing results with a combination of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Red Light Therapy, and Kinesiology Taping of the abdomen. 💆🏽‍♀️❤️
MLD helps encourage lymphatic flow and reduce post-surgical fluid retention, while red light therapy supports tissue healing and recovery. We finished with kinesiology tape application to provide gentle support, assist with swelling management, and promote continued drainage between sessions.
Consistency is key during the recovery process, and every session helps move closer to optimal results! ✨
