Every move, every decision, everything I have done up until now was motivated by the idea that god was with me. 🙏

Don’t get me wrong there was also a sprinkle of fear 😨

I did it anyway, I chose favor over fear, I chose to believe that if my hearts desire is to help women and follow my dreams god would back me up 😊.

Go for it, it’s scary change is terrifying, I’d rather fail and make a new better move than to stay stagnant💪🏻.

The theme for the last couple of weeks for me have been recharge. 🔋

Every day we drain ourselves, with co-workers, our families, our friends & even our own minds 🧠

If we never have the opportunity to reflect, redirect and rest 🥵 we get burnt out !

I try and make time to be present, meditate on gods promises for my life, and remind myself who god says I am. 🧘‍♀️

If I don’t have time to root myself in who god says I am I can enter a fog 😶‍🌫️ where all I see is myself.

This life isn’t about me, it’s about others, loving others, supporting & directing people to love (Jesus). ✝️

I can’t do any of those things if I don’t take some time to love on myself, and neither can you.

Remember who you are, trust god to sort “it” out, release the need to control people and circumstances.

👆🏻There’s a plan already established for your life, don’t be anxious, don’t be discouraged.

God is with you always 💖

One time while watching the movie Christopher Robin with my son I realized, he won’t be this age forever and I won’t ever have this day again.

And it hit me like a ton of bricks 🧱 . HAVE FUN ! Enjoy family time 👨‍👩‍👦 , be a kid with my kid.

As I scroll through my pictures and memories I see how big my son is getting & how time is flying by.

At some point when we become grown ups we forget we have all been a little kid. 🎈

Laugh 😂 & be silly 😜

Matthew 18:1-3 says: “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” 👼

What made us get so serious 🧐, comparison, rejection, and other stuff took away our innocence and that’s why there’s so much hate out there😩.

I know things in life can become a heavy burden, but that child in you needs to have some fun 🤩.

I hope my content inspires you to be silly, look for Jesus, and laugh a little. It’s okay to have fun it’s okay to let that kid out sometimes 💖.

During quarantine,

I discovered I find peace near the ocean 🌊

It makes my world feel so small compared to this big world 🌎

It reminds me I’m a tiny drop compared to the deep sea 💧

My problems are momentary & life wouldn’t be exciting without some drama 🎭 , lessons 📖 and sufferings 😩.

How can you possibly enjoy the peaceful, fun and loving moments without experience the tough ones.

Next time you visit a beach or a large body of water, really think about how small you are compared to the huge body of water that can swallow up cities and islands 🌎.

Our life here is short, enjoy the moment and try not to resist the waves. 🤙🏻

Fun fact time: when I first decided to get into the beauty industry, I wanted to do NAILS 💅🏻 .

Can you step in my shoes 👟 for one second & think about how discouraging it was, when I realized I was terrible at it 😂😩.

But guess what 🤔 ? I had friends and family encouraging me the entire time. ✨

At one point I felt 😞 so lost. When I finally went through some thangs I embarked on the ✨body contouring✨ journey 🚢

It took risk, it took a bit of fear and it also took knowing GOD HAS A PLAN FOR MY LIFE .

I didn’t know that I’d be here today, helping women, sprinkling my little helpful wisdom on you guys & HAPPY 😇.

Moral of the story, just because you have intentions for a particular direction for your life doesn’t mean we are stuck there. Open your mind to possibility and wonder 💭✨

6 months ago I was shedding not just friends but emotional neediness, cycles and overcoming loneliness. 💪🏻

See it didn’t matter who I was surrounded by or how many friends I had. I felt unfulfilled. I didn’t realize that when you are getting what you prayed for, God removes and chisels away the people and parts of you that wouldn’t serve his purpose.

Gods process can be painful 😣 but BOYYY is it rewarding. I refocused on a truth you can only find in the Bible. “God will never leave you nor forsake you”. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 & It is good to know I’ve got the creator of the universe on my side ✝️.

Whenever your going through it… reach out to god and ask for perspective🎥.

I didn’t understand back then why things felt so terrible. But now, today.. I realize I needed a spiritual back bone 🦴 to serve my purpose & so do you❤️.

My love take your suffering and make it your strength 💪🏻✝️ I know you can ! because I did. 😊

Fun fact: I am a MAJOR foodie 😂😂 but my belly isn’t the only thing I feed.

I feed my spirit too & I think it’s important to feed your soul.

The Bible has been around for YEARS & it is definitely food for the spirit 😋.

I’ve said this before people & circumstance will fool you into thinking you aren’t worthy or enough😒.. guess what those are lies.

Thankfully the Bible tells me I am worthy, I am victorious, I have purpose & possibly in the impossible ✨🦋

Take back wonder 💭 take pack peace ☮️ take back your birthright to be set free 🕊
