HOW TO USE SEAMOSS?
Take 1 or 2 tablespoon(s) a day (morning/ night) or mixed with a smoothie or food. Refrigerate up to 3-4 weeks and/or freeze up to 1 year. Eat a clean diet. DRINK PLENTY OF SPRING WATER while consuming sea moss gel to assist in flushing your system of toxins.
