Spoiler alert - ai helped me pinpoint what every doctor and therapist my entire adult life missed.

I was diagnosed with adhd 20+ years ago but they missed that touch of the 'tism that has been missed en masse in adult women in general.

It connects a lot of dots for me but it's made it feel completely gross to post when people are uneducated and rude (in that order).

A lot of the time I say "f**k it" and post about headspa bc it's easier than posting about what I've discovered about the environmental impact of ai.

I feel leas guilty about promoting and more guilty about all of the other mindless consumption I'm guilty of that has way worse of an impact.

Streaming, social media, even self care hot showers or baths. That's one part of a huge topic.

And what I realized, when it comes to THE DATA CENTER ISSUE ALONE:

You can't be anti-ai but also be ok with using instagram, the internet at all, or streaming. They cause exponentially more impact than a small business owner using it to help them with their small business also you're witnessing justice sensitivity in real life as you are reading this. Ok I'm going to bed 💕✨

I want to personally thank the tons of in who dm'd me and asked me to speak on this - as well as apologize for not doing it sooner.

Honestly just my basic critical thinking skills told me that the whole"you dump out of a bottle of water every time you prompt" was complete horsesh*t but also:

i'm not here to evangelize using AI in every aspect of your life and I'm actually a big fan of being on screen less and I'm planning on introducing handmade products into my business this summer so I can also personally get away from the screen a little bit more !!

I'm just here because there's a lot of absolutely absurd and idiotic nonsense floating around to guilt people into not using technology in a way that's actually helpful to them.
