Tis the season for elderberry syrup!

Elderberries are rich in antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins, which can help boost the immune system and protect against oxidative stress. Many people take elderberry syrup during the cold and flu season to support their immune health.

Im stocking a batch using my “Warrior Defense” tea, some local honey and homemade date syrup I shared with you all a few months back.

Join us for our herbal buddies workshop where children can unleash their creativity and craft their own Herbal Garland—a festive and aromatic decoration perfect for the calendar new year !

This workshop is suitable for children aged 7-12.

Parents are welcome to join and participate with their little ones.

Herbal ice cubes are so much fun to make when making herbal mocktails…it won’t “water” down your drink plus it’s so easy to do at home.
