Balance. Something that, as an adult, I’ve found so difficult to find. As the years have gone on being an artist, I lose track of a lot. I forget things constantly. I neglect my mind and body because of the dream that I have that will feed my soul. I always have had this drive to do more and more and never stopping until I get it. I’ve struggled with burnout in the past, which other life factors caused on top of tattooing 7 days a week AND running my own business alone. Now, I try to allow myself some down time. I take some days off without feeling guilty but still have so much more work to do to find balance. I’m always looking for more ways to find peace within all of the chaos. I enjoy talking with other creatives and artists about this stuff just to even hear how they make it through it all. I hope to eventually be able to share some more experiences and help others with this stuff….but I’ll let you know when I have it more figured out 😂 Thanks for looking! 08/19/2023
