Over the past 14 months, this client has stayed locked into the process:

✅ Invested in both coaching and nutrition guidance

✅ Schedules her workouts out weekly and treats them like non-negotiables

✅ Walks every single day to stay active outside of sessions

✅ Stays mindful of input vs. output, with a strong focus on prioritizing protein intake
