When it comes to ๐Ÿ‘ŸRunning๐Ÿ‘Ÿ, which number are you:

1๏ธโƒฃ Marathons are my jam!
2๏ธโƒฃ Running is my form of exercise, and I do it weekly.
3๏ธโƒฃ I like to run, but do not do it enough.
4๏ธโƒฃ Iโ€™m not a runner, but have always wanted to try a 5K or get started.
5๏ธโƒฃ I will run ONLY if being chased.

As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not.

He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. โ€œWell,โ€ trainer said, โ€œwhen they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, itโ€™s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.โ€

The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldnโ€™t, they were stuck right where they were.

Like the elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto a belief that we cannot do something, simply because we failed at it once before?

Failure is part of learning; we should never give up the struggle in life.

Silly Question....

Do you brush your teeth everyday?

Just hear me out, I mean why would you brush your teeth everyday? My days are so busy. I donโ€™t have a ton of time in the mornings, sh$t I struggle to wake up after I hit the snooze at least 5 times. I barley have time to take a shower!!!! Night time, I am to tired.

I want to brush my teeth but I canโ€™t commit to doing it everyday. I have to buy toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, DENTAL FLOSS!!??? See, this is starting to cost to much .

But ya know, sometimes when I do decide to brush my teeth, I feel so much better but it is a lot work to find the energy to do it. So I just donโ€™t.

I mean why would you workout and eat right everyday? My days are so busy. I donโ€™t have a ton of time in the mornings, sh I struggle to wake up after I hit the snooze at least 5 times. I barley have time to take a shower!!!! Night time, I am to tired.

I want to eat better, feel better, get in a workout routine, but I canโ€™t commit to doing it everyday. I have to eat healthy, workout and maybe purchase a program to help me take care of my body???? This is starting to cost to much .

But ya know, sometimes when I do decide to take care of my body and give it the love it deserves, I feel so much better !!! But it is a lot work to find the energy to do it. So I just donโ€™t.

We find time to brush our teeth everyday.....Itโ€™s a must!

Take time to take care of the rest of you! It is as important as brushing your teeth!!!!
