Let’s educate 📖

Easy fans: These are self explanatory, very EASY to use especially when the tech is new to lashing. These however can give a more bulky base from the stickiness at the bottom that makes the lashes fan so easy.

Pro-made: Thanks to companies like these are also easy to use. The fan is already made so it’s faster to just apply these to the natural lash. However, due to them already being made and crystallized, these cannot wrap around a natural lash.

Handmade: These are more difficult as the fan is to be made on demand without any assistance at the base. These are better for retention as they’re slimmer at the base and can be wrapped around the natural lash.

Let’s talk gaps 👎🏾

Gaps can be caused by the client or the tech. The client can cause gaps by picking or exposing their lashes to extreme heat. The tech cab cause gaps by applying too many lashes to one natural lash causing it to break off.

Be careful smoking or cooking as the extreme heat could cause you to lose lashes 😧
