A lot of you saw my post yesterday after my second treatment. 🎀

Since hair loss is one of the side effects of chemotherapy, I decided to do something meaningful with my hair before that part of the journey begins. I donated it to Children With Hair Loss, a nonprofit organization that provides human hair replacements at no cost to children and young adults facing medically related hair loss.

Turning a difficult part of this experience into something that may help someone else made this moment feel a little more special. ✨

Hi Everyone! 🩷🩷🩷

I just completed my second round of chemotherapy and wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for the incredible love, support, prayers, messages, and generosity that have been shown to me and my family over these past weeks.

This journey has been overwhelming at times, but knowing I have such an amazing support system behind me has meant more than I can properly express. Every donation, message, share, appointment kept, and kind word has helped lighten the emotional and financial stress during this difficult season.

As we continue navigating treatment, we recently learned that my chemotherapy plan will now include 16 treatments instead of the 8 we originally expected. While this means a longer road ahead for our family, I remain hopeful and focused on getting through treatment one step at a time.

I’ll continue working whenever I’m able, while also listening to my body and focusing on healing and recovery.
