It has come to our attention that guests have been
filing complaints.
When this happens- we want to handle it with the utmost care & take care of it immediately.

They have claimed that they are leaving the salon feeling ‘too good.’ One even sited leaving with a ‘major ego boost’ and that her problems felt like they had literally been ‘washed away.’

We sincerely apologize for continuing to train, for believing that customer service is #1 & we really hope that we have never made you laugh.
It’s just too much.

We will make up for it by keeping our shelves stocked with the very best products, We’ll make sure our trends are on point. We’ll stay clean, kind and eager to serve. We’ll make it hard to stay away from us.
