I have been reminding myself this now. The pace the universe is having me go right now is so I can integrate the new systems and what I am building in new patterns. This way the mentality doesn't easily step back and find the easy path. One phrase I read in a different book compared our patterns to a snowy hill. After many trips down there are speedy grooves. Then a new way of thinking is like a fresh blanket of snow. That gives the opportunity to change where the grooves are.
I was talking with clients about the book Controling the mind. In there it shows that alot of times between the incident and our reaction, we either romanticize or catastrophize the incident which alters the true reaction then further changes the true emotions to it. Then in the current book is similar in allowing thoughts to be filtered so that you determine if it is your thought or a programed thought, feeling. Then after the feeling if you act that is the attached emotions to it.

A little forearm work at the attachments of the biceps into the forearms. If these get jammed up it can effect how the forearm rotates and wrist moves.
