We are very happy to be up and running again. So HAPPY to see all our Peeps !!! We will be following the Hillsborough County guidelines. Masks will be required for clients as well as staff while in the salon. Our primary goal is to keep all of us healthy. Your understanding and cooperation are always appreciated during these trying times.

Tonya's Nail Salon is back up and running. Celebrating, thanks to Carol Caudill for the champagne. Keeping our social distance and using plastic cups (for my champagne drinkers don't freak out). Welcome home to all our peeps!!!

The world has suffered a great trauma and it is not over. Each of us have been affected in ways that others may never understand. Since 1983 Tonya's Nail Salon has maintained sanitary conditions in the salon. Each client has their own bag of files and all pedicure bins are cleaned with bleach between every use. As the "New Normal" evolves we will continue to operate under the same standards we have always used. We have now been allowed to open and for the safety of us all I ask each of you to please wear a mask while in the salon. Sharon and I welcome back all our clients and ask that new clients please be patient so we may service our regular clients first and then we will be happy to add you to our nail family. 38 years is a long time to have your dream job. One on one time. holding hands with thousands of people, sharing stories, wisdom, thoughts and lives. I have known and loved 4 generations of so many families. Clients and Nail Techs have supported each other thru divorce, marriage, babies, deaths. New friendships were forged and support systems have uplifted so many. Being a Nail Tech has been rewarding in so many ways that most cannot fathom. It is not a business... it is our family. Sharon Touchton and I, as well as many before, are so intertwined with each and every client, as they have become with each other. Many times we have 2 clients but 5 will show up to visit with each other. We have become Family. From Sharon Touchton and I, we want to thank all of you for all the amazing years so far... there will be more to come I pray. We must stay strong and work together, 6 feet apart, and get through this mayhem. Our condolences go out to all we have lost. When this is over I pray normalcy will return, but with more wisdom than before. I love each and every one of you and pray for all our well being during this time. Nails themselves are certainly not a necessary business but the fellowship among us has kept many of us strong for the last 38 years. Losing my business is an insurmountable thought... BUT losing our nail family is far worse. All that truly know me know I have always run this business with my heart. Please keep yourselves safe until this is over. Tonya's Nail Salon will be up and running as usual. We have always protected our clients and staff as much as possible. We have NEVER reused a file on anyone. Each client has their own set of files and buffers and toe separators. Each client is asked to scrub their nails with brushes soaking in bleach solution. Our pedicures have always been single bowls that are disinfected with bleach. We use Marvicide, Barbicide, QUATS and bleach, as we have always done, to clean and sanitize our implements. There are no more than 6 people in our salon at a time. Though wine will be served in plastic cups now. So as we get thru this crisis we will continue to operate at the standards that we have held. for 36 years. We do ask of you to please cancel your appt if you are sick. Add some color to your nails for Halloween !!!

PLEASE EVERYONE READ THIS! So very important. As a 30 year salon owner in Tampa, I am proud to say we have NEVER been cited for anything. Each client has their own set of bagged files that we keep in a cabinet. We will never use the spa pedicure chair who's filtration system cannot be thoroughly cleaned and will back wash on the next client. We use a Pedicure bowl, easily disinfected between clients.
