March completes 6 months with 🤍! I have not worked at many salons in my career. This location only makes 3. One thing I can say is that with every move I’ve seen so much growth. I’ve been so lucky in this industry to have been surrounded by amazing stylists who motivate me in all aspects of this business. Can’t wait to see where this loft journey takes me but for now I’m soaking it all in and continuing to learn.

It’s me. Hi. I’m the one buying the new journal for the new year 😁. I really love this time of year just after the holidays. For me it’s pressing the big reset button.

So, I hope everyone takes this time to relax, reflect and reset.

This lovely client of mine left feeling refreshed with a new style this holiday season. The time in which your color processes is a great opportunity for your stylist to teach you a new styling technique. Here I showed my guest how to use her curling iron in a different way than she normally does in order to creat this soft wave.

Transformation Tuesday! Chopped some length off and a color refresh. She also has 2 rows of Bellami machine Weft extensions in for fullness 🤍.

This is me the day I had my hair done Sept 20th and second pic of me this past Saturday Oct 15th. (Just shy of 4 weeks) Zoom in on those greys. 📣 For the people in the front all they way to the back….. hair color is meant to last 4 weeks. That is not a guarantee. It’s what the manufacturers estimates. Everyone’s hair is different. From hair health, to texture, to porosity, and resistance. The longevity of your hair color is based on many factors. Especially when you are covering white hair. And if your hair is as dark as mine they are harder to hide 😁.

A couple weeks ago my mom came in for her usual color application. But that day we added 3 tape in extensions on the left and right side to fill in the fullness around her face. They look so natural! This is a great way to add fullness in needed areas of the hair.

Today was the first day at the new place! So far I’m loving my set up and the energy Midtown offers makes me feel like I’m in a little big city 🤗. Happy first week of October everyone. May the festive season begin!

From hurricane Irma to Ian, y’all are the most loyal clients. I’ll be cutting the day short to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Stay safe out there!

Y’all it’s bitter sweet but I’ll be moving salons. Salon Siren has been my home for over 10 years and it’s been a wonderful ride. It was the first place I started as an independent stylist where I started my own little business behind the chair. Thank you Hector for so many memories through these years! I will truly miss every single person I work with! You all are some of the best! As for my new beginning, I am eager to get to work bringing you the best of me with every visit. I can not wait to welcome all of you to my new location and my cozy Loft!
