I have lost a lot of clients because of my new deposit policy, but that's ok because I've also gained some new ones. Many clients dont understand why I started this new policy but after having an awful week where 5 clients in a row canceled and not a single one paid me the cancellation fee, I had no choice but to change the way I book appointments. I shouldn't have to beg to be paid.
Nobody unfortunately is an exception to this.
And I want to thank those of you for being so kind and understanding of this. I appreciate you and love having you as my clients. You make my job easier and stress free, and that is when I give the best massages.

I am now requiring a deposit in order to reserve a session. When five clients in a row canceled and have not paid me the cancellation fee, I have no choice but to make some changes. Nobody is an exception to this. I have to put food on the table.

Due to an overwhelming amount of cancellations, I am closing for a week. Sorry for the inconvenience.
