did a partial highlight and balayaged everything else since I haven’t lightened her hair in about 4 months. I towel dried and color removed her ends at the shampoo bowl. We had a backup plan Incase the pink didn’t lift all the way out, but it actually lifted to a level 9/10 in just minutes with blank canvas + 10vol!
