DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE - Great for the really stressed. A vigorous form of massage therapy that uses a lot of pressure to release tensions, blockages and knots in the muscles. Deep tissue massages target muscles located further away from the skin. It is a technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, physically breaking down and eliminating adhesions or scar tissue to relieve pain and restore normal movement. The pressure applied is deep and specific and can include friction, cross fiber, trigger point work, and is overall greater pressure. Especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas, i.e. stiff neck, lower back pain, and shoulder tightness.

RELAXATION MASSAGE - This massage is designed to melt your stresses and worries away for a refreshed, relaxed feeling. Perfect if you just want to chill out, and be pampered and spoiled. The most complete and most indulgent massages you can have. Most massage treatments will relax you, among other things but, with a relaxation massage, relaxing you is the only aim. Designed to improve circulation and to create a deep sense of relaxation, the therapists uses smooth flowing style and kneading strokes.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE - Promotes general well-being, as well as addressing specific health concerns, through rubbing, stroking, kneading, and applying pressure to the muscles of the body. Therapeutic massage eases tension and stress in the body which boosts the immune and circulatory systems, as well as relieve headaches, joint disorders, high blood pressure, anxiety, digestive disorders, and many other diseased conditions. This massage focuses on the neck, shoulders, back and arms; a treatment that helps to restore function to injured "soft tissues" (muscles, tendons and ligaments).

CHAIR MASSAGE - A quick way to relax and de-stress. It is a short 10-30 minutes massage conducted in a specifically designed portable massage chair that is designed to reduce tension and stress of the neck, back, shoulders, and arms. No lotion is used and participants are fully clothed. This massage is typically done at the workplace or event. Beneficial for those who don't have time for a full-body massage, but wish to experience some of the benefits of massage. Great for client/staff appreciation, business/corporate events, promos, and incentives.

SPORTS/ATHLETIC MASSAGE - A form of deep-tissue massage that targets muscles used in specific types of athletic training. Designed to work on a specific location of muscle strain or tightness. Sports massage is specifically designed to help performance and recovery by using compression, deep friction, and stretching. This massage helps the muscles return to normal function, allowing the athlete to resume activity sooner. When an athlete sustains an injury, skillful massage therapy can often speed and improve the quality of healing.

CUPPING MASSAGE (new) - Cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese and Middle Eastern practice that people use to treat a variety of conditions such as pain and inflammation and toxin build up in the body, restrictions of blood flow, muscle tightness and tensions, and so much more. It is considered a deep tissue massage therapy. How it works: The therapist will place special suction cups, which is made of plastic, rubber, or silicone, by squeezing it down at certain points on a person's skin for a minute or two at a time. This creates suction in the cups, which pulls against a person's skin, increasing the flow of oxygen and blood in the body. Cupping can typically leave round bruises on a person's skin, where their blood vessels burst after exposure to the procedure's suction effects, which will go away naturally within weeks time or less. Our cupping session will be done dry and we do not use fire.
