Talk about a full-circle moment!

The last time I saw this young man, he was just 4 years old, in VPK with my youngest daughter, Myla. I hadn’t seen him since those VPK days… and today he walked into my salon with his mom!

He came to see me for some fun color highlights, and we went with these bold pops of red against his dark hair. 🔥

It’s crazy how quickly the years go by. One minute they’re little VPK kids, and the next they’re sitting in my chair with their own style and personality.

It’s more than hair—it’s my craft. ✂️😊

My little guy is all cleaned up and ready to head back to school! Fresh cut, fresh confidence, and that smile is definitely picture-day ready!

And apparently, fourth grade is extra exciting this year because somebody has a girlfriend! 😂💕 No wonder he needed to make sure that haircut was on point! 😎✂️
