Time moves a tad slower here at …2 days have already felt like 2 weeks. The Morning started with a 2 hour yoga class followed by brunch and then our course blessings ceremony and study. This mornings yoga class was taught by the priest and he was amazing. After study I took a dive into the ocean 🌊 for some salt water cleansing. I am just getting settled after evening mediation and satsang. This place is magical.

She specializes is connective tissue therapy as well as 💪deep tissue and is known for her slow and methodical therapeutic style. She also practices trigger point, neuromuscular therapy & Swedish.
