Tribeca ColorSalons is consolidating into our new flagship location at Modera Encore in early 2027, and that means our fully built-out Seminole Heights space is available for sublease.
This isn't a blank box. The electrical, plumbing, and MEP infrastructure is already done. Shampoo bowls, cabinetry, the works — including that ceiling — all available as part of the deal.
Whether you're a first-time salon owner ready to stop renting a chair and start building something of your own, a booth renter looking to make the leap, a salon owner expanding to a second location, or an operator in a MEP-intensive industry like a medspa, aesthetics studio, or dog groomer — this space is built for you and ready to go.
