It has officially been 1 week since I graduated cosmetology school. 🎓✂️♥️

This past week has given me time to decompress, reflect, and appreciate everything this journey has brought into my life. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities, education, experiences, and relationships that helped shape me throughout this past year. From Beacon and Premiere to the educators, industry professionals, classmates, clients, and instructors who supported me along the way—thank you. Your encouragement, trust, and belief in me have inspired me more than you know. 🫂✨

Looking back, I am not the same person who walked through those doors on day one. This year challenged me, pushed me outside of my comfort zone, and helped me grow not only as a future professional but as a person. That growth continues to motivate me to keep learning, educating myself, and striving to become the best version of myself. 💕🤞🏼

This journey is also for the little girl who loved makeup, hair, creativity, and self-expression long before she knew it could become a career. In so many ways, this dream has been with me for as long as I can remember. 💙✨

As I begin this next chapter, my goal remains simple: to create a safe and welcoming space where every person who sits in my chair feels seen, heard, valued, beautiful, and confident. Helping others feel their best is what fills my bucket and fuels my passion every day. 🤍

To Aveda Institute - Brandon and my classmates: thank you for being such an important part of my journey. As you continue your own journeys, never stop growing, learning, and believing in yourselves. Reach for the stars, even when the goal feels impossible. Be there for one another, especially on the hard days when showing up feels difficult. Ask questions when you’re unsure, do your research, stay curious, and always be willing to learn. Most importantly, never say no to an opportunity simply because it scares you. Some of the greatest experiences and biggest blessings come from taking chances and stepping outside of your comfort zone. ❤️‍🔥🫂✨

This chapter may be finished, but the book is still unfolding page by page. Every lesson, every challenge, and every opportunity continues to shape the person and professional I am becoming. Here’s to growth, new beginnings, and the exciting road ahead. 🤍✨
