Today marks my last day as a lash tech. Bittersweet moment to leave this 10-year journey behind.

My job is simple. A chair, a recliner, a pair of tweezers, some drops of glue and lashes.. But it is this simple career that has led me to unlimited possibilities. 10 years ago, when I first started, the plan was to do this short term for temporary income. But never did I know, it is this simple job that I got to buy my first home at 25, bring my parents over from Vietnam, travel the world, and especially have the chance to go back to and fulfill my college dream. To all my clients, thank you. To those who are no longer just clients but dear friends and share all their life events with me for the past 10 years, thank you. You guys made my dream possible. Without you guys, none of these are possible.

Excited to pursue this new journey but I know I will miss this job dearly.
