These aren’t blood pressure pills.

These are one client’s blood pressure readings before and after addressing two things most people overlook:

✅ Movement
✅ Minerals

Giving the body what it had been missing.

High blood pressure isn’t always caused by the same thing, which is why a one-size-fits-all approach often falls short. For this client, restoring key minerals and increasing daily movement made a remarkable difference in just a few weeks.

Your body is always communicating. The goal isn’t to silence the symptoms—it’s to understand the message.

This is one client’s experience, not a guarantee of results. Always work with your healthcare provider before making changes to your treatment plan.

Apparently, some of us have been seriously underestimating the sardine. 🐟

In France, people may keep sardine cellars, collecting premium tins and aging them for years much like fine w**e. As high-quality sardines rest in olive oil, their texture can become softer, richer, and more velvety.

And Portugal takes its love of sardines even further.

Each June, Lisbon’s Santo António celebrations fill the streets with music, dancing, decorations—and the smell of sardines grilling over charcoal. Sardinhas assadas, or grilled sardines, have become one of the most recognizable foods of Portugal’s summer festivals.

Meanwhile, many Americans see a can of sardines and think, “Absolutely not.”

But cultures that have eaten traditionally for generations recognize sardines for what they are: an affordable, nutrient-dense food packed with protein, omega-3 fats, calcium, vitamin B12, selenium, and more.

The French cellar them.
The Portuguese throw celebrations around them.
Maybe we should at least give them a chance. 😂

Would you try an aged sardine—or is that where you draw the line?

Somewhere along the way, we started believing that health comes from a prescription pad instead of the dinner table.

We traded nourishment for medications and
prevention for symptom management.

Instead of asking, “Why is the body doing this?” we’ve become conditioned to ask, “What can I take to make it stop?”

Don’t get me wrong—modern medicine has done incredible things. If I break a bone, need emergency surgery, or develop a life-threatening infection, I’m grateful it exists.

But when it comes to the chronic diseases affecting millions of people today, I believe we’ve forgotten something important.

The human body isn’t the enemy. More often than not, symptoms are signals—not random acts of betrayal. They’re clues that something deeper is out of balance.

What if fatigue isn’t just bad luck?
What if high blood pressure isn’t always just a medication deficiency?
What if digestive problems, blood sugar issues, and hormone imbalances are the body’s way of asking for something it has been missing?

Maybe the goal shouldn’t always be to silence the alarm.

Maybe the goal should be to find the fire.

That’s what this page is about.

Helping people understand the incredible design of the human body and giving it the tools it needs—through real food, movement, sleep, healthy relationships, stress management, and targeted nutrition when appropriate—so it can do what it was created to do.

Because I don’t believe we’ve just become sicker.

I believe we’ve lost our way.

And I believe we can find our way back.

Follow along if you’re ready to stop chasing symptoms and start understanding your body.

It’s easy to spend life chasing the next milestone:

✨ The next promotion.
✨ The next house.
✨ The next vacation.
✨ The next number on the scale.

But somewhere along the way, we forget to notice the life we’re already living.

What if contentment isn’t found in having more, but in finally seeing what’s already right in front of us?

I’m still working toward big goals. But I’m learning that gratitude and ambition don’t have to compete. Sometimes the richest life is the one you already have.

What’s one thing in your life today that you’re genuinely thankful for? 🐑💚

One of the biggest mistakes I see in healthcare?

Thinking the answer is either "supplements are a waste of money" or "everyone needs 25 supplements."

Neither is true.

The body isn't deficient in supplements. It's deficient in the nutrients, compounds, and environment it needs to function the way it was designed.

Sometimes food is enough.
Sometimes targeted supplementation is exactly what's needed.
Sometimes the problem isn't what you're taking—it's that your body can't absorb or use it effectively.

That's why there is no "best supplement" for everyone.

The goal isn't to build the biggest supplement cabinet.

The goal is to figure out what YOUR body is missing... and why it's missing it in the first place.

Watch this clip from my conversation with LifeTVnow, where we discuss why the truth about supplements usually lives somewhere in the middle.

📖 This is one of the core messages of my upcoming book, that will release this fall.
👇 What's one supplement you swear by—or one you regret spending money on? I'd love to hear your experience.

🐟 Sardines might be the most underrated superfood in the grocery store.

For years, we’ve been conditioned to think “healthy” means buying the latest protein powder, greens drink, or handful of supplements. Meanwhile, one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet has been sitting quietly on the grocery store shelf for a few dollars a can.

Here’s what makes sardines so impressive:

✔️ Complete protein to support muscle, satiety, and tissue repair.

✔️ Omega-3 fats (EPA & DHA) that support your brain, heart, eyes, and a healthy inflammatory response.

✔️ Vitamin D, a nutrient many people struggle to get enough of, especially if they spend most of their day indoors.
✔️ Vitamin B12 for healthy nerves, energy production, and red blood cell formation.

✔️ Calcium from the soft, edible bones—one of the most bioavailable ways to support bone health.

✔️ Selenium, an essential mineral that plays a critical role in thyroid function and helps protect your cells from oxidative stress.

✔️ Choline, which supports brain function, liver health, and healthy cell membranes.
✔️ CoQ10, a compound your cells use to produce energy and that naturally declines with age.

On top of all that, sardines are small fish, which means they accumulate far less mercury than larger predatory fish like tuna, swordfish, or king mackerel. They’re also one of the most sustainable seafood choices available.

Real food has an incredible way of packaging nutrients together exactly as your body was designed to use them. Sometimes the best nutrition doesn’t come with a flashy label or a hefty price tag—it comes in a simple can.

This is the first video in a series about why sardines deserve a permanent spot in more kitchens. Next, I’m sharing something most Americans have never heard of: why people in parts of Europe actually age sardines like fine w**e.

Would you eat sardines? If not... what’s stopping you? 🐟👇

What if the real root of disease isn’t what you’ve been told?
In this eye-opening episode of LifeTVnow, we sit down with clinical nutritionist and integrative health practitioner Dr. Rachel Shuck to uncover the powerful connection between gut health and metabolic disease.

Why are so many people struggling with weight gain, blood sugar issues, chronic inflammation, fatigue, and brain fog—even when they’re eating better and exercising? Could the gut be the missing piece?

In this conversation, we explore:

✔️ How gut dysfunction impacts metabolism
✔️ The connection between inflammation, weight gain, and blood sugar
✔️ Why the microbiome affects immune health, mood, and mental clarity
✔️ The difference between visceral, subcutaneous, and ectopic fat
✔️ How common medications may be damaging gut health
✔️ Practical first steps toward healing through food and lifestyle

If you’ve been told it’s just about calories, willpower, or “getting older,” this episode may completely change how you think about health.

Watch now and discover why healing often begins in the gut.
Find it at LifeTVnow.org, YouTube, Rumble, FaithNFreedom TV, and 8am Thursdays on the PTL channel!

"HbA1c is normal."

That's one of the most reassuring—and sometimes most misleading—things a person can hear.

HbA1c tells us where your blood sugar has been over the past few months, but it doesn't tell us how hard your body had to work to keep it there.

Many people spend years with chronically elevated insulin while their A1c remains perfectly "normal." During that time they may be gaining weight, feeling exhausted, struggling with PMOS, developing high blood pressure, or fighting constant cravings.

These symptoms may be signs that insulin has been compensating long before glucose finally starts to rise.

This is why I rarely look at A1c by itself. Fasting insulin often gives us a much earlier glimpse into what's happening metabolically.

👇 Have you ever been told your labs were "normal" even though you knew something wasn't right?
