With great regret due to Covid 19 we are canceling our free haircut/backpack event this year. If you are in need of school supplies loose leaf paper, crayons, markers or composition books for this year let me know I have supplies left over from last year. See you all next year for event. It's a Small World Salon.

We will be opening June 2nd. Contactless payment only. No change will be given. Masks and gloves must be worn. No Walk ins, by appointment only. Must stay outside till we come get you. There is a Covid19 up charge for gloves, masks, hand sanitizer, disposable capes. Thank you for understanding.

Please be advised if you are chemically sensitive do not come in Its A Small World Salon we have washed everything including all door handles with bleach. An every chair, dryer, light switch and restroom will be wiped after every use. If you are sick please do not enter. We are just protecting our children, clients and ourselves. Thank you

Its that time. To get our kids ready for school. Its a Small World Salon is getting ready for its 8th year of giving free haircuts, supplies and backpacks. We are asking for your help once again to make this event a success with helping out with donations. Anything helps we give over 100 backpacks filled out to our kids every year. You can drop off supplies or monetary donations at the salon Tuesday-Saturday. Thank you Taos

Its A small world salon is getting ready for our back to school free haircuts in August. This is our 7th year doing this. Last year we did 102 haircuts, backpacks filled with school supplies, hot dogs an water. Looking for donations to help our community. Anything helps thank you so much.

My job is awesome

Its A Small world is going to start a free haircut day for the homeless. We already do this for the kids before school starts. An this year our community helped us raise enough in money an donations to fill 105 backpacks with supplies an give 94 haircuts to our youth. Now we are looking for donations of winter clothes for our mens shelter an homeless. An punch cards to pool to shower. $1.00 per shower an $2.00 for shower an a towel. Or even to gift cards to laundry mat to wash clothes. Yes mens shelter has facilities but all homeless dont stay there. Thank you taos.

101 Back packs filled for tomorrow haircuts start at 1pm. Please come with clean hair we don't have time to wash it.
