I just wanted to take a minute to encourage anyone out there who may need it 🗣

People often say things to me like “Wow I can’t believe you blew up so fast” or “You really picked up brows so quickly”. What many people don’t know is I actually opened my business back in November of 2017. It took me a long time to feel really comfortable doing brows and hours upon hours of practice, research, restless nights, breakdowns, and moments of doubt to get where I am today ✨

I started out in a tiny room, with a clientele I could count on one hand, in a space I shared with a girl who did lashes. It took me almost two years to feel confident enough in my work to start really putting it out there which is the main reason some people think I just started semi-recently 💖

The difference is perseverance and endurance. A lot of people quit when the going gets tough, before you breakthrough to the other side to start to reap the benefits of all of those hours of dedication. If you are feeling defeated today, in whatever path in life you’re on, don’t quit. Grind a little harder and keep going, I promise there is an important lesson or great success that follows every failure ✨

This is not to say I’ve reached my goal or that I’m done growing by any means, often times I still feel like I’m only getting started. But it’s important every once in a while to stop and take a look back at how far you’ve come already 🎉
