Scheduling policy:
A phone number or email is required to schedule. This is to prevent missed appointments as you will receive reminders multiple days before your appointment

Full set appointment policy:
Any full set appointment that includes but not limited to full set of nails, eyelash extensions, initial microblading, or any appointment over 2 hours long is subject to a non refundable booking fee . Trading appointments policy:
Appointments are only for the one who scheduled said appointment. If you would like to switch your appointment with another client the artist who you are scheduled with must approve of the switch first. Prebooked appointment policy:
If you are set up on a prebooked schedule (ie every 2 weeks on the same day and time ) and miss or reschedule an appointment all other appointments in that series will also be canceled and would need to be rescheduled as well. The same days and times are not guaranteed when this happens. Gift card policy:
The original must be present at time of service and a copy will not be accepted. No cash refunds will be given. If the total amount of gift card is not used it may be used towards another service by the same artist the original gift card was for. Gift cards are only valid for the artist that originally received payment. If multiple artist has services that are needed multiple gift cards must be purchased. Client refusal policy:
We have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. After hours policy:
Tandem beauty LLC business hours are Monday-Friday 9-5. We are closed for major holidays. If an appointment is needed outside of these times an after hours fee may apply and is up to the discretion of the providing artist. This includes days that an artist comes in on a day they have scheduled off during normal business hours. Refund policy:
No cash refunds will be given. If you are unsatisfied with your service we will do our best to rectify the situation. This may include correction or removal. This will only be given when it is an issues with the application by the artist and not Issues with length, color, style etc. damage and neglect by the client or allergies from products used are not subject to refunds . Issues must be brought to the attention of the artist within 24 hours. Previous salons work policy:
There is no guarantee for services we provide over another artists work outside of Tandem beauty LLC. This includes but is not limited to nails, eyelash extensions, and microblading. Tandem beauty LLC may require a removal and you will be charged accordingly if so. It is best to come bare if possible. Appointment time policy:
Tandem beauty LLC runs by appointments only and not walk ins. This means we stay booked out multiple weeks. If you schedule a 2 hour appointment, that is all that we are able to provide on that day to ensure we stay on schedule. If more time is needed and we are in the position to offer more time, there may be an extra charge for that day. Pricing policy:
Prices are listed at the salon. Prices and services are subject change without notice. Payment policy:
Payments are due at time of service. No exceptions. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Please no personal checks. Lost item policy:
Tandem beauty LLC is not responsible for any items that have been lost, stolen, or damaged in the salon. Policy’s subject to be changed without notice.
