I have some exciting news! I will be moving to Haven Studio, where I’ll be providing massage therapy starting 4/29. I will be personally reaching out to all clients with appointments on or after 04/29 to ensure the updated pricing and enhanced session experience still feel right for you. Whatever you choose will be fully supported.

Each session is thoughtfully customized to your individual goals. Treatments may include a combination of hot stones, hot towels, red light therapy, and a weighted eye pillow—selected based on what will best support your body that day. Pricing remains consistent, regardless of the techniques, tools, or pressure used, allowing us to focus fully on what your body needs most in the moment.
