Some days feel almost unreal.

Yesterday my alarm went off at 2:00 AM.

By 3:00 AM, we were already on the road with heading to for a live segment. Three hours of driving, a sunrise on the highway, a much-needed coffee, and then straight to work inside the mobile studio.

As a makeup artist, I never take moments like these for granted.

Yesterday I had the privilege of working with Brian Kilmeade before his appearance on . is one of the most recognizable faces on television, a , radio host, political commentator, and someone whose work reaches millions of people every day.

Standing there yesterday morning, doing what I love, I couldn’t help but think about how far life has brought me.

Years ago, I used to imagine a life where I would work alongside talented, successful people. I dreamed of building a career that would take me beyond the ordinary, meeting inspiring individuals and being part of exciting projects.

Back then, it was just a dream.

Today, I found myself inside a mobile studio in Connecticut, preparing a national television guest for a live broadcast.

Life has a funny way of rewarding persistence, hard work, and faith.

Never stop dreaming‼️Some dreams take longer than others, but sometimes they arrive in ways you could never have imagined.

A little break from , , and today. 🌹

About a month and a half ago, my two favorite gardeners Timmy and my husband .a.david decided our front yard needed a little more color.

So Vic and Timmy planted roses and a few other flowers, and now every morning I walk outside and see the results of their hard work.

There is something special about watching a tiny plant turn into a beautiful flower. It reminds me that good things take time, patience, and care.

I may be biased, but I think my boys did an amazing job. ❤️

A little change of topic today 😊

Recently I cut and colored my hair, and for the first time in many years… I’m no longer a blonde.

A huge thank you to the incredibly talented hairstylist and colorist . I absolutely love what she did.

And now I have a question for you.

Recently I watched a video by a European fashion designer who claimed that polka dots are one of the most overrated prints in women’s fashion. According to her, they can make an outfit look less sophisticated, add age, and if a woman is a little overweight, even make her appear heavier.

As someone who is wearing polka dots today, I couldn’t help but wonder…

Yesterday was supposed to be simple.

A doctor’s appointment in the morning (trying to stay on top of my health and not ignore those regular checkups we all tend to postpone).

Then a trip to to see the one and only and finally get my hair done.

My plan after that?

Go home, cook a birthday dinner for my husband, and enjoy a quiet evening with family.

Instead, life had other plans.

I got a call to join and for a makeup assignment in Upstate New York.

One of those opportunities that you simply don’t say no to.

And this is where I’m reminded how lucky I am to have incredible people in my life.

While both me and .a.david were tied up with work, our wonderful friend stepped in. She got Timmy to school, picked him up afterward, hosted a playdate with Michael, and somehow that playdate turned into Timmy’s very first sleepover ever.

(That story deserves its own post ☺️)

Meanwhile, I spent the evening working inside the mobile studio, preparing guests for major national broadcast prime time show for and getting a behind-the-scenes look at television that most people never see.

I finally got home around 1 AM.

Exhausted.

Grateful.

And honored to be trusted with faces that millions of viewers will see on screen.

Thank you and for the opportunity and for trusting me to be part of the team.

Soft glam for her first prom makeup

Today I had the sweetest prom girl in my chair 🤍

Her aunt gifted her professional makeup for her and it was actually her very first time getting her makeup professionally done.

She told me she was nervous because she didn’t want to look too heavy or “too much.”She wanted to still feel like herself — just a little softer, more polished, more confident.

And honestly… that’s my favorite kind of beauty.

Fresh skin. Soft glam. Enhancing, not masking.

She showed me her inspiration photo, trusted me completely, and by the end of the appointment her smile said everything ✨

Sometimes makeup isn’t about transformation.Sometimes it’s just about helping someone see their beauty a little differently for a special moment.

And yes ☺️Besides permanent makeup, I also offer makeup artistry for proms, bridal events, special occasions, photoshoots, and soft glam looks.
