A little business update from me…

This is something I honestly didn’t want to have to do, but with the amount of last-minute cancellations and no-shows I’ve been having, I feel like I need to make a change.

Starting today 10/8/2026, a 20% deposit will be required when booking your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total.

I’ve always been a pretty laid-back person when it comes to my business. I understand that things happen. People get sick, family emergencies come up, life gets crazy — and I never want anyone to feel bad for something that is genuinely out of their control.

If an emergency situation does come up, please just communicate with me and let me know as soon as possible, preferably within a 24-hour time frame. I will always try my best to be understanding and work with you when I can.

But I also need you guys to understand my side…

This is how I make my living. I don’t have a guaranteed paycheck every week. If I don’t have appointments, I don’t get paid. When I have a cancellation or no-show, especially last minute, that appointment usually can’t be filled by someone else.

I’m not posting this to guilt anyone or make anyone feel bad. I’m just asking for a little understanding and support for my small business.

Every appointment matters. Every rebooking matters. Every referral, share, recommendation, and new client matters more than you probably realize.

I love what I do, I love my clients, and I’m so grateful that I get to make a living doing something I’m passionate about. I just need to do a better job of protecting my time and my business, too.

When I started Radiant Glow by Rhi, I never imagined it would grow into this. To every client who has trusted me with their skin, come back to see me, told a friend about me, or supported my business in any way — thank you. Truly. I’ve gotten to know so many of you beyond just appointments, and I’m genuinely thankful for the relationships I’ve made along the way. You’ve supported me through every stage of this business, and I don’t take that for granted🤎

With that being said, I’ll be closed September 25th–29th while we move, set everything up, and get the new space ready!📦🌿
