One of the questions I've been asked recently is, "Why are you growing your team?"
The answer is simple.
Because there are more people who need quality post-operative care than I could ever serve on my own.
Every week, I receive calls from women who are preparing for surgery, feeling overwhelmed, unsure of who to trust, and simply wanting someone to guide them through recovery. While I'm incredibly grateful for that trust, I've realized something important:
My mission was never to help only the people I could personally fit into my schedule.
My mission has always been to raise the standard of post-operative care and make exceptional recovery available to more people.
That's why we're growing!
Not to become bigger for the sake of being bigger, but to ensure that more women have access to compassionate, knowledgeable, evidence-informed care when they need it most.
As Wrthit continues to grow, our commitment remains the same: personalized care, honest education, and an exceptional client experience from your very first consultation through your final treatment.

When I started Wrthit, I had one simple goal:
To make sure people recovering from surgery felt cared for, educated, and supported during one of the most vulnerable times in their healing journey.
Over the last few years, Wrthit has grown faster than I ever imagined.
I've had the privilege of meeting incredible clients, building relationships with amazing surgeons, and watching this little dream become something much better than myself 🙏
But what excites me most isn't how much we've grown, it's how many more people we still have the opportunity to help 🙌
As Wrthit, continues to grow, one thing will never change: our commitment to providing exceptional care, honest education, and an experience that makes every client feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported.

To think of where this all started and to where we're at now just fills me with gratitude 🙏
And y'all, helping someone prepare to compete in a bodybuilding was AWESOME 🙌 I used a combination of traditional lymphatic therapy (Vodder method) and Brazilian Lymphatic Bodysculpting to get results that were specific to his goals.
Lymphatic is not just about post-surgery, it's about caring for your body in a way that maybe you didn't know about in the past 🙌

It fills me with gratitude to live in our beautiful country and I do not take my freedom for granted. In fact, it's the reason that I was able to follow my dreams and create Wrthit! The possibilities are truly endless.
Happy 250th birthday America! And thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to all of the men and women who have have sacrificed for us to be able to live this incredible life.

Lymphatic therapy, lymphatic drainage, and lymphatic massage have become major buzzwords lately. And while there *are* regulations in place, they aren’t always enforced. And don’t even get me started on some of the advice floating around in post-op and mommy makeover groups on social media… Lord have mercy 😅
I completely understand why so many women feel confused about whether post-op lymphatic therapy is actually worth the investment. That’s exactly why education has always been such a huge part of my mission.
The truth is, it’s okay if we never work together. I simply want you to have the knowledge to make the best decision for your body and your recovery.
So what actually goes into excellent post-op care?
First… pressure matters.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) uses *extremely light pressure* for a reason. The lymphatic system sits just beneath the skin, and gentle stretching helps stimulate lymphatic vessels responsible for moving excess fluid back toward major collection sites where lymph nodes live.
Too much pressure can actually collapse these delicate vessels, making it harder for fluid to move properly.
This is also why traditional massage techniques are not appropriate early on. While deeper massage may temporarily move water, it often leaves behind excess proteins trapped in the tissue — and those proteins can actually contribute to *more swelling.*
We also need to understand *your specific procedure.*
Different surgical techniques create different healing responses, which means treatment should always be individualized and performed safely based on what your body has experienced.
And finally… education matters.
My goal has always been to help you understand what’s happening during recovery so you feel confident, supported, and know how to protect the investment you’ve made in your surgery.
Because no… all lymphatic therapy is *not* created equal.
And when it comes to your recovery, you deserve the very best care.
