Memorial Day has always meant honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. But this year feels different. This year, it feels deeply personal.
Having a son serving in the US Navy has given me a whole new understanding of the sacrifice, courage, and commitment our military families carry every single day. It’s impossible not to think about the parents, spouses, children, and loved ones of those who never made it home. Today, my heart is full of gratitude, pride, and reflection. We enjoy our freedom because of heroes willing to serve something bigger than themselves. And while I couldn’t be more proud of my son, I also hold close the reality of what so many families have given for this country. Freedom isn’t free 🪖🎖️
This Memorial Day, we remember. We honor. We never forget. 🇺🇸 We’re SO proud of you, son .dexter03 Thank you for your service 🇺🇸⚓️🦅 God Bless America 🇺🇸
Running a small business is already stressful enough, I’m not about to add “worrying who’s watching me fail” to the list.
And let’s be real…it’s kind of lame how there’s this whole “women supporting women” narrative, yet some of those same people can’t even hit like or follow. But here’s the thing…I’m doing it anyways. Because growth isn’t always cute. It’s uncomfortable, messy, and sometimes a little embarrassing. And if I’m the only one laughing at my content…perfect! At least someone gets my sense of humor…and she pays my bills 💸🤑
You really do get what you pay for when it comes to skincare, and I don’t just mean the products, I mean the experience, knowledge, and results behind them. Anyone can buy a trending product or offer a cheaper service, but not everyone is investing in education, advanced training, and truly understanding the skin. That’s where the difference shows.
I’ve poured so much into my craft…continued education, learning new techniques, understanding ingredients on a deeper level, because my goal isn’t just to “do skincare”…it’s to get you real, lasting results.
So when you invest in your skin, you’re not just paying for a service, you’re paying for expertise, intention, and someone who actually knows how to treat your skin properly.
Because at the end of the day, “cheaper” often ends up costing more, and your skin deserves better than that ♥️

Next thing he knows, he’s painting walls, changing light bulbs, and fixing things at my studio 😆 He hates social media, and genuinely believes he just showed up to help his wife. Meanwhile, I’m over here turning his hard work into content and he’s unknowingly starring in a reel.😂
Marriage is teamwork…sometimes that means one of us does the labor at the studio, and the other one posts it. Don’t worry babe, only 3 people will see this…probably 😂
