(And let me just say, she gives a MEAN scalp massage💆‍♀️)

But for real, here’s the breakdown:
Once upon a time, she was blonde. Then went black. (The previous stylist filled her blonde with red and then black on top. Spoiler alert, her hair turned pink when I was lighting her!) She also had to significantly cut her hair due to bleach breakage. A pretty blunt cut too.
Soooo when she first came to me, she said “it’s my birthday, and I need long, blonde hair again please!” Gf, challenge motherfckn accepted!😎

Yesterday was the most magical day💖🦋💍 I literally went home afterwards and was hysterical laugh-crying from all the love I felt. Thank you to everyone who shared yesterday with me. My heart is exploding!

I am SO SICK of the service industry being taken advantage of. So many times we are expected to bend over backwards in the name of “good customer service.” I am the first to go above and beyond for my clients and provide them with great customer service, and I know my loyal clients can attest to that (and shoutout to you guys because you are the reason I love my job so much, and why I am SO grateful to go to work everyday). But damn, every once in a while you run across someone completely unreasonable and just plain s**tty.
I haven’t gotten a chance to respond to all of you who have reached out after finding out what happened. Just know I appreciate you all so much.
