A bit of backstory… I met this client in the kinesiotaping class I took last October. She’s an occupational therapist.

Been dealing with piriformis syndrome (sciatica) for a few weeks now. Saw a couple chiropractors to help with it. No luck so far. I’m very particular on finding a massage therapist to get worked by. Finally decided to book one last week. Therapist cancelled on me last minute😢. Today, I finally got on the foam roller and lacrosse ball. Don’t know why I waited this long. It was a painful 30-45 minutes, but necessary. It’s not completely gone but definitely better.

I’d love to find someone I can train to do my kind of work. No lotion. No oil. Just straight treatment with immediate results.

KINESIO Taping Class!!! First day done! A lot of information to process and I’m stoked! Confused, but still stoked😄😄. Tomorrow the learning continues. I need to practice, practice, practice!!!!

Just completed my pre-course online. I am excited for the in-person instruction/lab portion in San Diego this weekend.

Nothing beats learning in person. To experience HOW the application is suppose to feel as the practitioner and WHAT it is supposed to feel like on the receiving end highly matters to me. And I really believe that it affects the results.

From the online pre-course, I began the visualization. This weekend, the actualization!! I’m ready!!
