On Sept 13, we’re turning Barbercon Dallas into a basketball court 🏀✂️ — The Locker Room, built with 12Pell | Hair Care Experts, brings 30 Dallas kids from onto the floor for free haircuts, gifts, and a moment in front of the whole crowd.
