✨QUICK BUSINESS UPDATE (pls read) 👇🏽

Starting May 1st, BXN will be moving from cards on file to deposits required to book.

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations + no-shows, this change is necessary to protect my time and my business. Unfortunately, some bookings have been made with cards that can’t be charged, which leaves me unable to collect those fees. 😔 When appointments are missed or canceled late, that time can’t be filled—and as a solo service provider, that directly impacts my income and availability for other clients.

✨Here’s how booking will work moving forward:
• 50% deposit required to secure your appointment
• Remaining balance due at your visit
• Cancellations within 24 hours = deposit forfeited
• No-shows = deposit forfeited + blocked from future bookings

I truly don’t love having to be strict, but I do have to protect my time, energy, and livelihood 🤍
