Tight hips can affect more than just your flexibility👀

Your psoas plays an important role in hip movement and connects into the lower back, so when it’s tight, it can contribute to restricted hip mobility and movement!

This assisted stretch is a great way to work on hip extension and overall range of motion, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting!💪

Try holding for 15–30 seconds, 3 times on each side and see how your hips feel💙
