I enjoy helping in anyway that I can. I recently started gravitating to Holistic health. My goal is to aid people in becoming more aware and discipline when it comes to overall health. Not just in fitness but providing knowledge in physical, mental, spiritual and social needs. Understanding how being unhealthy can affect you internally, which can diminish your mental health. I understand that being healthy is a long journey but when you can build a team to support you while your supporting them you can overcome any struggle. We are all in some kind of fight we want to overcome so why not reach out and pull someone up with you.
