Yesterday I had the honor of leading a group of amazing women through a Seasonal Ayurvedic Rest Retreat…Wintering In. We practiced living our Ayurveda with supportive tools like meditation, Yoga Nidra, Face Yoga (super fun!) and lunching on a delicious kapha balancing soup while discussing ways to build Winter immunity.

I love sharing simple supportive lifestyle shifts that help us stay healthy and feeling good, looking good and living good!!
