CANCELATION POLICY

With the recent increase in last minute cancelations and no shows I have had to come up with a cancelation policy.

**No Shows and Late Cancelations**
I understand things happen from time to time and we miss appointments. However, when you book an appointment with me, you are taking time slots away from other people. When you don’t show up or cancel at the last minute, I’m unable to fill that slot and everyone misses out.

I reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 50% of the booked service for no-shows and cancelations received in under 24 hours, which must be paid before booking future appointments.

We are excited to add to our fun group of hair stylists! As a booth rent stylist you will have a styling station of your own, your own lockable color cabinet, coffee bar for guests, water for guests, towels, back bar shampoo and conditioner, wax and waxing supplies, and salon cleaning services.

After being quarantined lots of ladies wanted to change their hair! Here is one I remembered to get a before and after picture of!

Platinum salon is almost ready to open back up!!

All of our certificates for taking the refresher class on proper sanitation and disinfection!

We will be opening our doors on May 11th but with lots of extra precautions. We have arranged the salon to allow for social distancing by moving a stylist station into the former waiting room. We will only have 3 stylists at the salon at a time allowing for each stylist to be in their own room. We will not have a waiting room for the time being as we are asking all clients to text us when they arrive at the salon and wait in their car until we notify them that our area is clean and sanitized. To minimize the amount of people in the salon the only person allowed in is the client receiving the service. We ask that if you have been sick or around anyone that has been sick or showing any covid-19 symptoms please reschedule your appointment. Please be patient with our stylists as we are getting everyone booked as fast as we can.
**We will have hand sanitizer at the door so please use it before you sit at your stylists station.
** We are Barbicide certified!
