Lighting makes a huge difference. Same hair different lighting. So many guests get home and feel like their hair is too warm or the color just isn’t right. Your lighting and wall color can play tricks on our eyes.

I wish I could capture what this hair actually looks like in person. I’m not a photographer and my camera doesn’t see what my eyes do. This was so beautiful.

Recently we have had a few repetitive no shows or less than 24 hr cancellations so I wanted to post the cancellation policy again as summer is kicking off and vacations are being planned.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up and sometimes you may not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment. However with the high amount of cancellations and no shows we have no choice but to implement a cancellation policy as follows:
All cancellations less than 48 hours notice of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of your service total for that appointment. All no shows will be charged 100% of your service total for that scheduled service.

There will be a deposit required to book future appointments if a client has no showed more than twice.
