Are the person & location providing a service properly licensed to do so? Any injectables must be done by someone working under a licensed doctor. Estheticians and other cosmetology or barber licensees can't use hypodermic needles to inject anything using only their TDLR license. [Barbers & Cosmetologists rules, section §83.112(c)]
