🎤 Let’s talk skin care for a min…..

When I started out as an esty, facials were my jam! 🧖
Over the years, I have added a lot more services, but skin care is still the backbone of my practice….

🍯 Waxing. Still deal with skin.
👀 Brows. Still deal with skin.
💞 Facials. Chemical Peels. Needling. …..again, skin. 😝

With that being said, sometimes less IS more! 😉
Sometimes you don’t need all of the expensive products, you just need effective products and consistency in your routine. 🤍

I’m going to give you a quick rundown of myself, what I use, and what my “go-to,” products are for all of my clients getting started….. 💋

• I am 42 years old
• Wifey 💍
• Mom to three kiddos 👧 👧 + 👦
• Servant to an abundance of farm animals… 🐴 🐐 🐷 🐈 🐶 🐓 🐮 🫏
• We spend a LOT of time outside, when I am not in the salon, so skincare is extra important to me! However, my dirty little secret 🤫 is that, I am TERRIBLE 🫣 about sunscreen! 😓

Neurotoxins? 💉 Glad you asked….

👉🏼 Appox. every 6 months, I get about 20-30 units of Dysport injected in my forehead; not enough to freeze me, but to prevent my pesky “11,” lines from becoming deep!
👉🏼 Approx. every 2 years, I get 1/2 syringe of filler in my lips.

That’s it! I don’t like to look fake, overdone or frozen!

My daily products and seasonal treatments are what play the biggest role in keeping my skin healthy and hydrated! 💦
While I do jump around with some products, to see what else works, I do have some *staples in my lineup. 💪🏼

*🧴Circadia Vitamin Veil Cleanser (the holy grail of cleaners - the ONLY one I will ever use!)
*👀 Hale & Hush Eye Mousse w/ Avon Vitamin C Eye Cream (another staple.)

💦 Lacura Advanced Aqua Gel (recently decided to try this and so far, I am impressed!)

🍁 Every January - March, I give myself a series of chemical peels (usually 3), and at least 1-2 microneedle treatments. 🤍

💡 I am also a HUGE advocate of red light therapy; 850nm to get the full effects, for a minimum of 15 mins, 2-3x a week! 😊

There’s ya run down! It seems like a lot but literally only takes an extra 5 mins, morning and night! 🤍
