I was shocked when my dentist told me that there is no way to save my teeth…Thanks to this weird dental hack my teeth are healthy and I can smile proudly again…

I tried everything I know to get rid of gum disease and cavities from my mouth but nothing helped, brushing teeth after every meal, professional cleaning, antibiotics, and everything my dentist told me to try.

I started avoiding people because I was so embarrassed by my disgusting breath, I even heard my colleagues talking behind my back about how gross my teeth are. Besides all pills, I started taking anti-depressants…

I was desperate when my neighbor told me about some weird dental trick, she use every day before brushing teeth to rebuild her gums. It cannot be worse than now I thought and decided to try it.

I couldn’t believe how simple and effective this trick is, I restored my gums and teeth from my teenage days and I am in my 50s. All that pain, cavities, and bad breath just disappeared. My self-confidence is back and now I can proudly smile. My colleagues are so jealous now…

Raspberry Arugula Side Salad [Paleo, Keto, AIP]
Ingredients
- 2 oz arugula
- 1 oz baby spinach
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 10-15 parsley or cilantro leaves
- 14 pitted olives
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 14 raspberries
Preparation
Place all the ingredients into a salad bowl (excluding the raspberries) and toss well.
Add salt to taste. Top with raspberries but do not mix in as they get crushed easily.

Salmon Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons light caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 8 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, shredded
- add black pepper to taste
- 1 8 oz head of Romaine
- 6 ounces Salmon fillet
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
Preparation
Heat up a skillet/frying pan and sir the Salmon in the coconut oil/olive oil (don't forget to add the salt and paprika to it) until very lightly browned on each side (i like my salmon slightly undercooked-its up to you if you want it more done). Top with freshly squeezed lemon juice and let it sit in the frying pan for about 1 minute. In a Large bowl, mix the romaine lettuce with the Caesar salad dressing and dump it out into a large plate, top off with Asiago/Parmesan cheese and you can also sprinkle the toasted almonds on now.
Place the Salmon (sliced) on top. You can sprinkle it with some more fresh lemon juice:) and black pepper!
