✨ Before & After Microdermabrasion Treatment ✨

Microdermabrasion is a treatment that uses fine crystals and a gentle vacuum suction to remove dead skin cells. It can be used on the face, neck, chest, back and hands. The aim is to reduce fine lines, minor scars, wrinkles and age spots, and make the skin smoother and younger looking.
The vacuum action of microdermabrasion treatment stimulates the micro-circulation near the skin’s surface. This promotes increased blood flow to the area which promotes collagen and elastin production in the skin as well as cell renewal (skin regeneration), aiding tissue repair and revealing smoother and fresher skin.
Microdermabrasion works by removing the top lavers of dead skin cells from the skin’s surface making it particularly effective in treating acne. Getting rid of the dead skin cells from the surface of the skin unclogs the pores reducing the chance of new spots developing.

The back facial is a treatment that consists of deep cleansing using steam, exfoliation and extractions if needed.

We use steam and products to exfoliate the skin, and extract oil and debris with a clarifying mask. When the skin is clean and exfoliated, we go on to hydrate the skin using masks and moisturisers.

If extractions are needed during the facial we'll extract, then sooth and cool the areas using healing gel.
A relaxing and results driven treatment for that hard to reach area.

Vitamin C in its purest form is I-ascorbic acid, and this historically has been the preferred option for many. It can be unstable (especially in its pure form) but formulations are improving
to address this. It's important to store any vitamin C skincare at room temperature and out of direct sunlight to improve stability, reduce oxidation, and keep your products as effective as possible. L-ascorbic acid may be
irritating to those with more sensitive skin, rosacea, or active acne. There are alternative (derivative) forms of Vitamin C that can also provide benefits to the skin with less potential irritation, though they have not been as extensively researched as I-ascorbic acid.

If you choose to incorporate Vitamin C in your routine I recommend using in the morning on clean, dry skin. Vitamin C can have photo-protective benefits and combining use of sunscreen and Vitamin C can help boost protection from damaging UV rays.

I actually love this subject. When you understand how the skin functions
it is a no brainer that you need to use a skincare product that delivers results. Otherwise what is the point of using products that don't deliver, you are just wasting time and money. When you understand the skin's function and what ingredients it allows to enter,
