Insurance update!
🚨 Still nothing from Regence
🚨 Unfortunately, after the pain in the butt work that I have pushed through for OHP, I have been declined. They are not offering me a contract.
This is a huge blow. Not only to my business but to all my clients!
I am so bummed and I keep thinking about all the awesome people that I have been treating and building great relationships with over the last couple years and how I simply won't be seeing many of them again. I'm heartbroken.
I am going to be trying to find ways to be a bit more accessible to those people while I can't accept their insurance while sunultaneously managing my business well.
I don't have answers yet but I will work on it. I can't leave everyone just hanging. That sucks too much.

🚨 First update in my process to move practices!
💲 I am set and ready to go for cash payers or those that want to pay cash while we await insurance. So if you pay out of pocket for massage therapy, reach out! I can get you on my schedule.
📝 insurance is taking longer than expected, unfortunately. I anticipate being able to bill Regence by mid October but OHP PacificSource will likely not be an option until November. If it is sooner, we can all say Hallelujah and get going!
Until then, I want to thank all of my clients for their support and patience as they have waited for me to figure all this out!

As you may already know, after working at Alive Chiropractic for 2 years now, I am needing to branch out on my own.
🚨Dont panic!
I do have plans in the works and I do plan to continue offering amazing massages covered under Regence and OHP Pacific Source. I will be renting my own space and hope to have all the details by the end of the month. Keep following my page (even though I'm barely active) to stay in the loop for booking details.
I hope to see you all in my new place soon!

Let's talk infant massage!
While I absolutely love massaging little babies, I actually take time when you book an appointment for your little one to teach you how to do it.
If your baby has an actual issue, I'm happy to treat it but if you want to just book in to learn how to do some basic massage yourself, I will use that hour to teach you how and answer your infant Massage questions.
We knew that massage was great for bonding, but I only just learned about the positive effects against postpartum depression. What a blessing! Not only is massaging your babies good for them, it's good for you too! (Sorry, the second slide is so blurry!)

Come get a pregnancy massage!
I have additional training in all things perinatal massage. Aches and pains, as well as safely treating you even if you have complications.
I have training as a doula, though I have stepped away from that role for the time being.
I also know just how good it feels to be cared for well in pregnancy after 4 of my own with quite a variety of experiences, myself.
All this to say, you are in good hands with me throughout your pregnancy and postpartum period.
