Wellness doesn't look the same for everyone.

Sometimes it's massage because your shoulders won't stop reminding you about your week.

Sometimes it's the heat of the sauna.

Sometimes it's Red Light Therapy, a cold plunge, a facial or taking care of tired feet.

And sometimes...

You just need quiet.

That's why The Well Springs isn't built around one definition of self-care. It's a collection of experiences — and a team of people who want to help you find what feels right for YOU.

If you've only experienced one part of The Well Springs, maybe it's time to discover another. 🌿

Come meet us. Ask questions. Take a look around.

You might be surprised by what's waiting inside.

What could happen if you actually put one hour for yourself on the calendar every week? 🌿

The Well Springs has created a four-week wellness package combining two of the services we want more people to experience:

❤️ 30 minutes Red Light Therapy
🔥 30 minutes Sauna

Do both once a week for four weeks.

4 weeks | 4 visits | $200

It's an easy way to make rest and recovery part of your routine instead of something you keep promising yourself you'll eventually get around to.

One hour.
Once a week.
For YOU.

📞 Call The Well Springs at (530) 260-0995 to ask about the package or reserve your sessions.
