Missy LMP at The wellsprings medi spa, So I roll played client yesterday. I spent 1 hour in our soak/sauna/cold plunge room and it was amazing. My muscles were extremely sore from my morning workouts, my body felt so much better afterwards and completely detoxed. I would like to offer our clients this same amazing experience.
