When the no-show shows 😂
I always seem to have the most useless notes with the "same as last time" clients 😂
I promise we are NOT judging you or your appearance 😂 I'm usually too focused on the state of your muscles to notice that stretch mark/scar/pimple/etc that you're self conscious about. I also have worked on thousands of bodies over the years - people sweat, people have greasy hair sometimes, people forget to wear deodorant. It's all good. Book the massage and come as you are 🤍
Try cupping at your next session 🫶🏼
Cupping is my favorite add-on to give and receive! It improves localized blood flow, relieves tense muscles, loosens connective tissue restrictions, and stimulates your body's natural healing process.
Side note: people often think they can't book cupping if they don't have a specific medical reason for it. I'm here to tell you, you can get it just because it feels amazing.

Meet the people behind the hands, heart, and energy at Elevate. 🤍
We’re more than a massage studio — we’re a team that genuinely cares about creating a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and leave feeling a little more like yourself.
So grateful for this crew and everything they bring to Elevate: their talent, their personalities, their dedication and compassion.
Come see us, get comfortable, and let us take care of the rest. ✨

🗣️ANNOUNCEMENT🗣️
I will be closing my business at the end of 2024. This decision was a very difficult one for me to make but I have some other opportunities that I would like to pursue and will still be available for massage at other locations.
I want to send a special thank you to everyone who has supported my small business over the past few years. It truly means the world to me that you put my business in your budget.
While I won't be at Skin 405 anymore after December, I will still be massaging at Elements Massage at Bryant and Danforth in Edmond Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Elevate: Modern Massage in downtown OKC Fridays - Mondays. I hope to see some familiar faces!
