Renew Hair Salon is seeking an experienced, licensed hair stylist to join our team. If you want to be part of a great team and work in a The Villages, this might be the salon for you.

Candidates will have the ability to be detail oriented, focus on client needs and possess the ability to be quality focused. Continuing education and on-going professional development will be vital.

Work with the critically acclaimed and internationally known Joico line of color and products.

Renew Hair Salon is part of multi-site facility that includes Renew Day Spa Leesburg, a full service day spa located in Downtown Leesburg and the soon to open Renew Wellness Salon & Spa. Our salon location offers several unique features sure to make your clients comfortable, including a separate color processing table and intimate check-out process.

If you’ve visited Renew Hair Salon in the past year, you might have had the chance to meet Chrissy Dunlap -- or “Chrissy D.,” as she’s affectionately known. Yes, we’re lucky enough to have two Chrissy’s on the team, so of course we had to give them fun nicknames!

Born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh🏙️, PA, Chrissy relocated to the Sunshine State ☀️ in 2019.

🅕Ⓤ🅝 🅕Ⓐ🅒Ⓣ: Chrissy’s journey in the cosmetology industry 💇‍♀️ began early — at just 15, she started assisting in a fast-paced salon while attending Parkway West CTC, a vocational school for cosmetology. By 18, she had transitioned to working behind the chair.

After her move to Orlando, Florida, Chrissy quickly built a loyal clientele while also working toward her business degree 📚 at Valencia College. Leading up to COVID hitting, she and her family made the decision to move closer to The Villages, Florida's Friendliest Hometown. Chrissy comes from a big family that includes three older brothers.

In the salon, Chrissy thrives on building strong connections 🫶 with her guests and forming relationships that feel like family ❤️. She specializes in highlighting/blonding ✨ and gray camouflaging. Her goal with every client is to bring their hair dreams to life through full and throughout consultations.

Outside of the salon, Chrissy is a self-proclaimed adventurer 🌍. She loves traveling, chasing thrills, and spending quality time with loved ones. Whether she’s jumping out of a plane ✈️🪂, zip-lining through the canyons🌄, vibing at a music festival 🎶, lying on the beach ⛱, or even jumping on a solo cruise 🛳, you can bet she’s living life to the fullest, not afraid to see when the world has to offer!

You might also catch her around The Villages taking long walks with her mini Aussie-Doodle, Joey🐶🐾, who definitely keeps her on her toes.

Renew Hair Salon is excited to introduce you to the newest member of our team, Marci Campagna! A little over a month ago Marci was introduced to us through a mutual connection and we are blessed to have her step in behind the chair, showcasing her talents.

Born in Upstate New York, Marci spent her young to teenage years growing up in Indiana and started her cosmetology/salon life at the tender age of 19. She moved to Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area where she worked hard to build a career in the hair industry for 13 years there. Life took her to Atlanta for a few years working in a spa doing hair and eyelash extensions, then to Florida in late 2022 working a few jobs before realizing she needed to reclaim her passion for hair and get back behind the chair.

Marci has spent her career learning and certifying in as much hair "stuff" as she can. She specializes in curly hair, men's and women's cuts, blonding and color techniques.

Marci is certified in Brazilian Blowout, and Keratin Complex and Hot Head hair extensions. She has worked with many educators in the hair industry from Joico to Paul Mitchell, Wella, Kenra and many more. She enjoys going to hair conventions and hair shows in order to learn about new brands and trends surrounding the industry.

🅕Ⓤ🅝 🅕Ⓐ🅒Ⓣ: Marci is certified in tinsel fairy and would love to add some sparkle, and shimmer to your look.

When Marci is not transforming hair, she enjoys creating in the kitchen and enjoying the simple things in life! She loves cooking and baking, knitting and crocheting and exploring nature with her dog, Dwight. An avid traveler, she loves a good road trip or a quick or long weekend to visit her siblings, nieces and nephews in Indiana.

When not behind the chair, Marci has spent many years as a pet sitter, caring for everything from dogs to donkeys to chickens and many other domesticated animals.

Marci describes herself as a hippy at heart who loves all the things nature has to bring. She is an easy going and caring person who will do just about anything she can for other people. She truly believes that's why she loves doing hair. The ability to make someone beautiful is not for her, it's for the person who needs to feel and look good in the chair.
