I will review our original and technology available to treat these patients after single surgery repair and growth, fistula and skeletal problems. From Orthognathic Surgery and Distraction Osteogenesis to bone transport, grafting and zygoma, pterygoid and peri-nasal implants.

OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA is increasing secondary to weight increase and sedentary life style. MAXILLO-MANDIBULAR ADVANCEMENT (MMA) is the better treatment option. Weight loss, active living and proper diet help the prognosis. The surgical planning, technique and rigid fixation are different to classic Orthognathic Surgery.
