I am going to be at the Chevron Phillips Well-Being (Health) Fair on Thursday. If you know an employee, tell them to sign up for a massage session. Incentives and gift bags will be provided by the company. I am excited and honored to participate in this event.

So, I normally do not post on a Sunday (it’s God’s day, well really they all are). However, perhaps there is purpose in this post. Last week I had a fully booked day of all deep tissue massages.
